Ms. N. Janene Shanklin
Welcome to Ms. Shanklin's PreK Class
My name is Janene Shanklin and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my third year teaching PreK. I moved to Georgia from Texas. I am a graduate of Liberty University. I am working on my Master's Degree in Special Education. I am very excited to be working with your child this year.
We have an amazing paraprofessional, Lisa Breeze, working in our classroom this year. She is happily married and has two children. She has so much to offer to the students and I am excited to work with her this year!
Throughout this school year, we plan to work hard so that your child can be successful. It will be exciting to see how much your child’s mind grows this year.
We look forward to working with you and your child this year. I encourage you to be an active part in “our” classroom. I believe that parents play a crucial role in their children’s education. Therefore, I assure you that I will keep you posted on every aspect of the school year. I will be contacting you through e-mail, your child’s notebook, and phone calls.
