Mrs. Christine LaCerra

Welcome to our PreSchool Special Needs Class!

My name is Christine LaCerra, and I am the Full Day Special Needs Pre School Teacher at Locust Grove Elementary.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from Florida State University, and I am certified in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.  I am excited to start a new school year and am looking forward to working with you and your student here at Locust Grove Elementary!

There will be a paraprofessional in the room with us at all times along with other teachers and professionals (speech therapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, vision teacher, and deaf hard of hearing) throughout the day that also visit our students.  Your child and I are both very lucky to have all the help and support that we receive here in Henry County!  Our paraprofessional this year is Ms. Angie Sorby.  Ms. Sorby has worked with us for several years and loves our students!  We are fortunate to have her with us again this year!
