Welcome to the start of a great school year. My name is Shanett Davis and I am the Instructional Effectiveness Facilitator (IEF) here at Luella Elementary (LUE). At the LUE we are going to use Teamwork, Leadership, and Collaboration (TLC) to empower our teachers and students to discover the answers they need to to have a successful school year. As your IEF, it is my goal to help teachers unpack and understand the standards, so they can execute instruction effectively to each student.
