    Dear Eagle Families,
    It is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome you back to the 2024-2025 school year!  I will be the 4th and 5th grade counselor.  I am a part-time counselor and am available Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday.  I consider it an honor to work with our dedicated staff, and our committed families to nurture our student's academic, social and emotional development.
     
    This is my 32nd year in education, with 27 of those years being in Henry County Schools.
     
    I have served in a variety of roles as a classroom teacher for 16 years, IRR teacher for 7 years, and school counselor for 9 years at various schools.
     
    On a personal note, I'm originally from Griffin, Ga.  I'm a wife, a mother of 4, an educator, and a grandmother to 7.  Rest assured, your child is in good hands as I will always keep their best interests in mind-just as I would for my children and grandchildren.
