Greetings Stockbridge Elementary!

I am delighted to join the Stockbridge Elementary team as the new Mental Health & Wellness Facilitator (MHWF).  I am a two-time graduate of Valdosta State University, having earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health/Physical Education and my Specialist’s degree in Coaching Pedagogy.  I also earned my MBA in Sport Business from Saint Leo University.  This year will mark my 23^rd year in education.  In addition to teaching Health/PE, I have coached middle school girls’ basketball and volleyball, as well as Varsity volleyball.  Prior to joining Stockbridge Elementary, I served as the Athletic Director at one of our cluster schools.

The mission of Stockbridge Elementary is to ensure that all children achieve their maximum potential, academically as well as socially.  This role will allow me to support the mission by working to cultivate a nurturing environment where every student and SES staff member feels connected.  Positive relationships are the building blocks for success, and I am looking forward to building those relationships in the SES community.
