The Georgia Department of Driver Services requires students to provide proof of school enrollment. Students may purchase a notarized Certificate of Enrollment form at Luella High School for $2.50 via MySchoolBucks or cash payment.

The form must be completed and dated within 30 days before taking the Learner's Permit test.
