REMEBER TO: 

• READ: at least 20 minutes a day

• PUT DOWN & STEP AWAY: follw the 20/20 rule: 20 minutes on a device 20 minutes away from the device

• GO: have fun in the sun exploring, having scavenger hunts, playin in water, riding your bicycles

• HELP: help your parents around the house. There is so much you can learn from cooking, organizing, cleaning

• PLAY: don't just play video games, play board games, word games, card games, create games

• TRY: this summer try something new, new food, visit new place, read a new book
