    Mrs. Lainez

I am from Honduras, Central America. I attended Escuela Normal Pedro Nufio (Pedro Nufio School of Education of Honduras) in order to obtain my elementary education teaching diploma. I worked as an elementary teacher for two years in the public school system, teaching third and fourth grade.

Later I would obtain my Bachelors Degree of Science in Industrial Engineering when I graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) (Honduras Autonomous National University). I worked as an engineer for 17 years in different sectors of the Honduran industry; validating industry occupational standards, creating and evaluating agricultural projects, designing and implementing production and quality mechanisms in the process of producing educational materials, writing feasibility studies, technical evaluations, economic studies, projects, market investigations, operational plans, and other documents.

Fourteen years ago, I moved with my family to the United States and I worked as an elementary, middle and high school Spanish teacher in a local private school. This is my tenth year teaching at Henry County Schools. I am certified to teach Spanish and I teach Spanish I, II, III and IV.
