Welcome to the Creek!!

My name is Erin Sears and I am the Student Support Facilitator (SSF) at Walnut Creek Elementary School.  This is my fifth year as the SSF at Walnut Creek. I previously worked at McDonough Elementary School for 14 years. I graduated from Georgia College and State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I also hold a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership from Walden University.  I work direclty with the Exceptional Student Education program. Please contact me with regards to your student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP). I also work with the Student Support Team. I look forward to ensuring success for your child.  

I am a married and we have 4 children. They all keep us busy with their sports and schooling. We enjoy traveling to the beach and the mountains and also enjoy boating and swimming.
