Greetings parents and students!  My Name is Mrs. Mallory Dominey! I live in Milner, GA. This is my 8th year teaching, and I am beyond excited to continue this journey at Luella Elementary!  I married my best friend in September 2018, and although I see them as my own after 9 years together, Josh has two children of his own, Joshua (JR), 13, and Taylor, 11. I am a pet lover! I have a German Shephard named Roxie and a Russian Blue Cat named Maggie, and just adopted 2 new kittens, Bobby-Jo and Tiger. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, riding four wheelers, hunting, fishing, and crafting! 

I grew up locally in Locust Grove, Georgia, where I attended Oakland Elementary for Kindergarten through 5th grade. I then attended Luella Middle and High School.  I graduated from LHS in 2010.  It is a great feeling being able to come back to Luella and become a part of the staff! In May 2013, I graduated with honors with my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Crescent Technical College.  I then started courses at Mercer University where I graduated with Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelors degree in Education/Special Education in May 2017.  I was also part of the International Honors Society for Educators.  This group was called Kappa Delta Pi. I am currently enrolled to receive my gifted certification and I am starting my last course and should have that certificate by this Fall. I was also just accepted into the Alliance of Teacher Leaders cohort and am super excited about strengthening my leadership skills this school year!
